easy blood orange cake no blender

 

Three eggs

 Half a cup of blood orange juice

 One and a half cups of flour 

One and a half teaspoons of baking powder

 A teaspoon of vanilla

A quarter teaspoon of salt 

Three-quarters of a cup of sugar 

 One-half cup of oil 

 

 Mix one and a half cups of flour, one and a half teaspoons of baking powder with a quarter of a teaspoon of salt and set aside. Pour three eggs into a bowl and mix well. (No need for an electric mixer, a hand mixer or fork can be used) 

Add three-quarters of a cup of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla and stir 

Add one-half cup of oil and mix Add half of the dry ingredients that we have already prepared, 

add half of the blood orange juice to the ingredients and stir, then add the other half of the dry ingredients and the rest of the blood orange juice and mix. 

 Now the cake ingredients are ready. Cover the bottom of the mold with greaseproof paper and pour the cake ingredients inside.

 Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes. 

 Note that the baking time also depends on the type of oven you have.

 


You can also bake this cake in a pot, gas oven or toaster.
